Our kit collection appointments are for any lab kits mailed directly to your home. We can collect and prepare kits from any provider, as long as you have the complete kit available at the time of your appointment. The listed price includes one kit collection only any additional kits are $35.00 per patient. Please review your kit instructions beforehand to ensure all required components are included.
